All services are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Your payment secures your service schedule for the month and reserves your spot on our service route.
• Refunds will not be issued for missed services due to:
• Inaccessible bins (e.g., locked gates, obstructions)
• Incorrect service day information provided by the customer
• Weather delays (service will be rescheduled whenever possible)
• Customer absence without prior notice

If you choose to cancel your service:
• 7+ days’ notice before the next billing cycle:

3. Bin Buddy-Initiated Refunds
We stand by our commitment to quality service. You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
• We fail to complete service due to an internal error
• You were charged incorrectly
• You are unsatisfied due to a service failure that was not your fault
